Additional AI Calls
If you need more AI calls than included in your plan, you can purchase additional AI call packs:

Purchased AI calls are valid for 12 months and are used after your monthly quota is exhausted.
AI Limit Reached
When you've used up your monthly AI quota:
- AI features blocked – You cannot scan new receipts or create AI booking suggestions
- Manual entry possible – All other features remain available
- Options:
- Wait for the monthly reset (1st of the month)
- Purchase additional AI calls
- Upgrade to a higher plan
Changing Plans
Upgrade
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select the desired plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm
The upgrade is effective immediately. If you signed up before end of 2026, you keep the early adopter price permanently.
Downgrade
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select the cheaper plan
- The change takes effect at the end of the billing period
Note on Downgrade:
- Check if your user count is within the new limits
- Remove excess users before downgrading
- Custom logo and domain will be disabled

Cancellation
Cancel Subscription

- Export possible anytime

Export your data:

- Invoices – Download PDFs

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the early adopter price?
If you sign up for Slonge Billing before end of 2026, you keep the discounted early adopter price permanently. From 2027 onwards, new signups will pay the regular price.
Is there annual payment?
Currently only monthly billing. Annual payment with discount is planned.
What happens when my AI limit is reached?
You receive a notification and cannot use AI features anymore. You can purchase additional AI calls, upgrade, or wait for the monthly reset.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Data is stored for 90 days. You can export it anytime.
Can I change plans monthly?
Yes, upgrades are immediate. Downgrades at month end.
How do additional users work?
The Standard plan includes 3 users. Each additional user costs CHF 4.00/month (max. 10 total). The AI Pro plan includes 10 users, additional users cost CHF 5.00/month.
Are there discounts for NPOs?
Contact us for special conditions for non-profit organizations.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%).
